Lawrence A. Sala joined Anaren in 1984. He has been president since May 1995 and has served as chief executive officer since September 1997. Mr. Sala became a member of the Anaren board of directors in 1995. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, all from Syracuse University. Mr. Sala is also a member of the Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies, Inc. and the Syracuse Research Corporation.

Mark P. Burdick has been with Anaren since 1978 and has served as president for the Wireless Group since 2011. He has also served as senior vice president and general manager from September 2005 to November 2011, vice president and general manager, Wireless Group from 1999 to 2000, business unit manager, commercial products from 1994 to 1999, and group manager for defense radar countermeasure subsystems from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Burdick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Rochester.

David E. Kopf joined Anaren in 2015 as president, Space and Defense Group. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of engineering and operations at Astronics Aerosat based in Amherst, NH. Mr. Kopf has also held executive, business development, and engineering management posts at Cobham Defense Electronics, MACOM Technology Solutions, Inc., Tyco Electronics, Sanders (a Lockheed Martin Company) and BAE Systems. Mr. Kopf holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from New Hampshire College.

Conrad R. Gagnon joined Anaren in 2014 as sr. vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Anaren, he served as chief financial officer with MACOM Technology Solutions, Inc. from September 2008 until April 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Gagnon served as vice president of finance for the aerospace and defense and commercial business units for MACOM from September 2006 to September 2008, and held roles of increasing responsibility associated with related business lines at MACOM, Cobham Defense Electronic Systems Corp., and Tyco Electronics. Mr. Gagnon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Boston College.

Diane E. Moore joined Anaren in 2015 as vice president, Human Resources. She has over 20 years of human resource management experience, including benefit design and administration, employee development, merger and acquisition integration, organizational development, and staffing. Most recently, she was director of human resources for New York Air Brake. Ms. Moore has also held positions at Carthage Area Hospital, King & King Architects, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Utica/Water. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Maryland. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Managers and a Certified Employee Benefits (CEB) certification.
