Syracuse, NY | May 22, 2016 – With an established track record of successful projects across defense, medical, and commercial wireless applications, Anaren will once again showcase its Low-temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC) products at this year’s International Microwave Symposium, held May 22-27 in San Francisco, in booth 2514. Along with an array of etched thick film ceramic products, the company will demonstrate its experience in resistive component manufacturing, specializing in the fabrication of extremely tight-tolerance and high reliability circuits.

Anaren brings deep engineering expertise, innovative thinking, and world-class infrastructure design to engineering projects for every technical sector. Of particular interest to designers of highenergy circuits, Anaren will feature its family of Xinger® - brand ISM-band RF energy couplers and terminations, which offer low loss and power handling from 300 to 600 watts - within a super lowprofile form factor.

“Our new line-up of RF energy components are an ideal fit for the next generation of solid state ‘smart’ microwave ovens or any number of RF-based automotive, lighting, medical, and related applications,” said Hans Peter Ostergaard, Anaren’s Business Development Manager, Wireless Special Projects. “With over 20 years’ experience with LTCC, thick film, and standard components, the specifications we bring to the table, like small package sizes, difficult to achieve low-loss electrical characteristics and built-in heat dissipation will be much appreciated by appliance manufacturers. And, the components are also well-suited to industrial and commercial lighting applications, select automotive tasks, and defense applications where high-power handling and robust packaging are required,” added Ostergaard.

Nearing its 50th year as a microwave-focused company, Anaren, Inc. continues to design, manufacture and sell custom high-frequency solutions and standard components for the wireless communications, space and defense electronics, wireless consumer electronics, and IoT markets.
